1.1 Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase of a standard product, you may return it within 14 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following requirements:
To initiate a return, please send an email to info@anticbegur.com with your order number and product details. Our team will provide you with instructions for returning the item.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or there has been an error in the order.
Custom-made furniture are personalized pieces crafted specifically to your specifications. For this reason, these products are not eligible for returns or refunds, except in the following cases:
